"Exchange took a little time, but it worked out"
The exchange took a bit longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The process itself was easy, and everything got sorted in the end. I don’t really see why that would be a huge issue.

"Cute gifts, but honestly a bit stressful"
I picked up a few things here as gifts because they looked cute and a little different from the usual stuff. They are nice, but I didn’t expect it to be kind of stressful figuring out who would actually like them. Some items feel really specific style-wise, and the prices are higher than I thought, so I kept second-guessing myself. If the person is into this kind of look, it could be a great gift, but it’s definitely not something I’d buy for just anyone

"Looked pretty, but I felt a little embarrassed"
I really liked how it looked at first, so I was kind of embarrassed when the paint started chipping after just a week. It still looked cute from a distance, but up close the craftsmanship felt cheap

They had a really nice selection overall, and I was able to find plenty of good options. A few items I had my eye on were out of stock, which was a little disappointing, but it happens. To be fair, the store still made it easy to find alternatives, and I appreciate when a place gives customers enough choices to work with.

"Pretty sturdy, but not totally worry-free"
I ordered a small enamel piece from mackenzie-childs.com and I’ve been using it often for around the house. So far, it’s held up well, the color still looks nice and I haven’t noticed any chipping. It does feel like you still have to be a bit careful with it, so I wouldn’t call it perfect. But overall, it seems solid and durable enough for daily use.

"Actually a nice stop"
I only went in to browse and wasn’t really planning to buy anything, but I ended up leaving with a cute little vase. I have to admit, the staff was friendly without hovering, which I appreciated, and checkout was quick. So yeah, kind of reluctantly saying it, but it was a really nice visit overall

"Cute, but welcome to Overpriced Fancyland"
I’ve always thought Mackenzie-Childs had stuff, and yeah, the item I got was cute. But for the price, I expected a little more than “adorable but okay.” My order took longer than it should have, and customer service moved at full Snail Support speed. Overall, it looks nice, but it definitely didn’t feel like the magical luxury experience the brand tries to sell.

"Shipping took forever and support was condescending"
I’m still waiting for my order after two weeks, which is already frustrating enough. When I reached out to ask about it, the response made me feel like I was being talked down to instead of actually helped. Not a great experience.

"Cute pieces, but it used to feel better"
I’ve always liked the style of their stuff, and ordering was still easy. The pieces I got are cute, but the whole experience didn’t feel as good as it used to. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the prices feel a bit high for what you get now. Overall it was fine, but I’m not sure I’d shop here very often anymore.

"Sale prices still seemed too high"
I waited for the sale because I figured that’s when the prices would finally feel reasonable, but the discounts didn’t seem that great. Even with the promo code, a lot of stuff still felt overpriced, and I kept wondering if other people were seeing better deals than I was.
Checkout was kind of frustrating too because the discount didn’t apply the way I expected. Maybe I missed something in the fine print, but it left me feeling like the sale wasn’t really much of a sale.

"Showed up right on time!!"
I ordered a small gift and it arrived exactly on the day they said it would!! The packaging looked good and everything was in nice shape. Taking off one star just because the tracking updates were a bit slow, but overall it was a solid experience.

"Really unique designs, just a little pricey"
I like Mackenzie-Childs because their stuff doesn’t look like every other home decor site out there. The patterns and colors are bold, which is fun if you want your home to feel a little different and not so plain.
I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the items do feel kinda expensive for what they are. But design-wise, it’s really unique, and I’ve gotten alot of compliments on the pieces I bought.
